Director General's Message The rapid development in the field of technology has accelerated the demand for value based engineering education which is qualitative, progressive, multidimensional and globally competitive. With this end in view, we at R.I.T cater to the needs of engineering aspirants in the following branches of engineering. To meet this demand, we have started three years full time Master of Computer Application and two years Master of Business Administration programme from the session 2007-08. These streams of learning would be more useful with positive results for those who wish to go for Masters Degree. Pursing Engineering, Computer and Management degree and PG courses is not all that we dream of and practice. We want to make this value based, inspiring & multifaceted, by instilling a feeling of self discipline, a good team player, sense of responsibilities, dedication and devotion to duty. We give them motivation, ideal environment for learning, through Interactive and investigative class –room learning , tutorials, Lab Practical, Exposure to industries and of course through co- curricular activities, so that they come out as engineers with all round development, but with a mission to do service to humanity as a whole with their professional excellence. R.I.T is a saga of rapid progress made with in a short period of time where building a balanced technologically sound personality is a mission. The aim of RIT’s active Placement Cell is to ensure 100% placement for all it’s students. Committees:

Number of committees are functional  in the institute  for  managing  routine activities  of the institute.   The members on such committees are usually the faculty members and in many cases students representatives are also involved.   Theses  committees are entrusted  with the specific responsibility  and  expected to do their  jobs efficiently.  Through these  activities  students also develop a sense of responsibility which helps them in future life too.

1.CULTURAL COMMITTEE:- "The Cultural Committee", as it is popularly referred to  is a students  body   responsible for all the cultural events in the Institute round the year. It comprises of seven sections which take care of the varied fields of cultural events.

2.DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE:- This committee maintains discipline in the institute.

3.ANTIRAGGING COMMITTEE:- This committee is formed in order to  make  the campus free from ragging  where  new students feel comfortable and study fearlessly.
